We are looking for a Finance Officer to join the Choose Love team at Prism. Choose Love is a non-profit who have raised millions to support refugees and created a movement of people putting love into action around the world. They do whatever it takes to provide refugees and displaced people with everything from lifesaving search and rescue boats to food and legal advice.
As our Finance Officer, you will oversee the financial transactions of Choose Love and work closely with the wonderful team there. You will be tasked with developing budgets, monitoring transactions, and preparing financial reports. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent numeracy and administration skills and demonstrable experience of building and managing client relationships effectively.

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team in order to help manage various diverse and exciting accounts within Prism the Gift Fund. In this role, you will personally manage and administer both a portfolio of HNW donors and their giving as well as a number of Collective Funds accounts.
The successful candidate will have excellent numeracy and administration skills and proven experience of building and managing client relationships effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work within a small, yet dynamic charity where they can play a key part in increasing the flow of funds into the charitable sector and see the impact of the work they do.

Prism the Gift Fund (Prism) increases giving to charity by offering a personal service to those donating large sums of money. We are a registered charity working with high net worth individuals, foundations and groups of donors to administer their charitable giving. Our growing team is a talented team of exceptional colleagues who are professional, dynamic and hard working. Responsibilities:
•Managing key collective fund and donor advised fund clients for Prism
•Administering clients’ finances, including but not limited to managing book-keeping, reconciliation, cashflow, banking, making payments, and providing donation summaries and statements.
•Day to day client liaison and management
•Ensuring prompt, clear, and compelling communications with clients
•Conducting due diligence to ensure all clients’ activities abide by the UK charitable law and the Charity Commission’s regulations
•Assisting in development of effective strategies to steward Donor Advised Fund (DAF) and Collective Fund (CF) clients
•Vetting and recording of new payees, contractors and grant recipients
•Monitoring and recording donations into clients’ funds
•Working closely with the processing and compliance team to ensure a high level of service delivery
•Working with the rest of the team to help grow our DAF and CF client base
•Monitoring and assessing project reports from grantees and clients
•Maintaining relationships with important associates
•Dealing with any other third party service providers as and when is necessary
The Candidate

We are looking for someone talented and engaging, with a positive attitude to work who can integrate quickly within the rest of the team and work closely with them in order to ensure that we are delivering the most efficient and high-quality service to our clients. You will be highly organised, conscientious and process driven, with a proven ability to work well within a changing regulatory framework to ensure client compliance with charitable law. This is a role for someone with experience of effectively managing client relationships and is passionate about the charitable sector and making a difference.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to support our Senior Finance Manager and key stakeholders with a high-quality finance service in this new role within our small yet growing team. The successful candidate will have an in-depth working knowledge of accountancy software package Sage 50 and will be key in delivering an upskill programme across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their charity finance experience.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Relationship Development Manager will have a portfolio of HNW donors who you will personally manage and administer their giving. You will support and work closely with the CEO and Head of Business Development to secure and maintain donation income from High-Net-Worth (HNW) donors. You will be a key player in stewarding philanthropy prospects through networking events, one to one meetings and other opportunities to represent Prism and talk passionately about what we do. This full-time role has significant potential for growth, and you will have the opportunity to generate your own leads to support Prism as the charity continues to develop and excel.
