We’re excited to announce our new Head of Internal Operations & Systems, Harry Mallidis.

Harry has come on board to maintain and build upon internal systems and processes, ensuring that Prism has the best technological and organisational solutions in place to support the organisation’s rapid growth. Harry is also focusing on developing and driving relationships with clients and associates and is responsible for the on boarding process for new clients.

Harry joined Prism the Gift Fund in May 2017 from Impetus – The Private Equity Foundation where, as an associate manager, he oversaw a programme of operational and organisational optimisation, while contributing to setting the organisation’s broader fundraising and stakeholder engagement strategy. As part of his role, he managed important stakeholder relationships with Impetus-PEF’s Board of Trustees and key members and supporters, including some of the UK’s top financial services firms.

Previous to his Impetus-PEF role, Harry had held a series of stakeholder management, fundraising and communications roles for major art centres and non-profits in the UK and Europe, including at the Barbican Centre. He holds a Masters in Cultural Economics and Cultural Entrepreneurship from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and a Bachelor in Economics and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
